ADEX Ventures is the trading name for Ade Adeshina Nigeria Ltd & Ade Adeshina UK Ltd. A private company, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria and also with Companies House in London. The company overall business concept is based on theory and ideology known as Fluid Innovative Concepts, to facilitate and provide innovative skills, services and products, in satisfying our identified market needs.

Our Firm has being strategically involved in the implementation of “PAN 45” renewable technology in the UK in-line with the EU Directives on Energy Performance in buildings for both domestic and industrial consumptions. We have being involved in Micro-generation strategy in the UK directly and indirectly.

We are UK based company with a full branch office in Nigeria. We specialise in importing, exporting and manufacturing of solar energy equipment and tracking device systems.

To sell, improve, manage, develop, lease, charge, dispose of, turn to account or otherwise deal with all or any part of the undertaking or property rights of the Company, and to sell the undertaking of the Company, or any part thereof for such consideration as the Company may think fit, and in particular for cash, shares, debentures or debenture stocks or other obligations, whether fully paid or otherwise, of any other Company.

Adex Solar production line is one of the world’s largest renewable energy product manufacturers; with headquarter in Beijing High-Tech Park, and Research & Development Center in Tongzhou Fuhao Industry Zone.

Production base is located in Shenyang city, the capital of Liaoning Province.

Dianne Martins

Dianne Martins is a director and company secretary of Adex Ventures. She manages and coordinates company activities particularly the firm solar products, vehicle tracking products, vehicle smart eye products, and ink manufacturing services in the UK and Nigeria.

Dianne is highly experienced Senior Sales Consultant with over 10 years experience in sales and marketing in the Travel and Tourism Industry. She played a major role in Flight Booker e-booker internet sales development which, increased the company’s sales turnover by tenfold. In 2006 Dianne won the Scarman Trust Community Champion award. She was funded to manage and facilitate a Healthy Eating project among local youth in Ponders End, Enfield.

As the head of O”-Bay Community Trust Human Resource Department, she worked very hard for the succeeful completion of the following projects:- Access to Employment (April 2006 to 31 March 2008). Back to work initiative as a sub-contracted to O-Regen (the Community Economic Development Organisation for adult education in the London Borough of Leyton), the prime contractor with Job Centre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions. The project was sponsored by the Department for Work and Pensions. She was head of children activities at O"-Bay's Saturday Supplementary school funded by the ‘Scarman Trust’ and National Lottery “Awards For All" London Programme and others private sponsorships including refurbishment scheme funded by ‘Enfield Council NRF’ and the ‘Government Office’ for London.

Managing Director of Lustrat Industrial & Consultancy Services Nigeria Limited and Trustee of O”-Bay Community Trust, a charity Organisation based in London. Worked as a Tax Officer City24 London EC1 – HM Inland Revenue (UK) for over 5 years, later joined the Services of Industrial Training fund under Federal Ministry of Industry Nigeria; where he retired as Deputy Director and Head of In-plant Training Department in Jos, Nigeria for over two decades. Member of Greater London Forum for Elderly, as a senior citizen being consulted on Social and Government policies, also a Committee member of the Enfield Borough Over 50’s Forum, A member Moorefield Eye Hospital Foundation Trust in London. Appointed member of 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Committee.

As a consultant he design, develop and implement manpower training for various organisations including Sheraton Hotel. Management and Training of workforce Abuja, Agura Hotel, Crystal Park Hotel, Aba, Labake Hotel, Port Harcourt, Kaduna Flour Mills, Kano Tanneries and Sokoto Guest Inn. Render agencies services of all kinds including Recruitment, Selection and Placement for University of Jos, Omobare Nail Industries, Odua Textile Mill Ondo, Afprint Textiles, Lagos, Guiness Nigeria Ltd, Dunlop Nigeria Ltd and Cadbury Nigeria Ltd.

Conducted industrial productivity improvement and efficiency services workshops in oil and gas for mobile producing – Eket, centre for management development Lagos. Was a consultant with Cadburys Nigeria Ltd – Lagos; AFPrint – Isolo, Nigeria Mining Corporation, Obudu Farm Ranch, United Bank of Africa – Jos, Nigeria Paper Mills – Jebba, Bauchi State Government, Warburton UK, London Borough of Merton – Wimbledon.

Mr Vincent V Konyeaso

Vincent V KonyeasoWorked for the Federal Government of Nigeria as a Hydrological Assistant from 1959 to 1962 dealing directly with the Netherlands engineering consultant company (NEDECO); who were on a contract in Nigeria, primarily assigned to collect field data on the River Niger; which included echo surrounding and leveling, office computations and field surveys. Later joined the Post & Telegraphs Department as a Technical Officer; attended Federal School of Survey in Lagos and worked in Ominyori, Ibadan on the Cable Pair Distribution Network for the first automatic exchange. Worked for Jan Fraser & Associates in London, a firm of engineers and architects from 1962 to 1970; involved in structural reinforced concrete detailing of slabs, columns, beams and staircases.

1970 to 1973 worked for the Department of the Environment in Croydon (UK); as an Assistant Engineer, working on designs of security ducts for the penal establishments and Rampton Swimming Pool. 1973 to 1975 worked for Mott Hay & Anderson in Croydon as a Design Engineer plotting the route alignment of the Channel Tunnel, writing contract documents and specifications, took off quantities. Attended meetings with the French Consultants and liaised with the Parliamentary Draughtsman. Helped in preparing the comparative tenders for the contract of the job. 1975 to 1977 worked for Sverdrup & Parcel in Florida as a Design Engineer on waste-water and water projects; Worked for the City of Baltimore, Maryland (USA) as a Public Works Engineer from 1977 to 1978; 1978 to 2001 worked for Imo State Nigeria as a City Engineer, worked at Aba and the State Capital-Owerri.

2001 to date, consult on climate change for an engineer in Nigeria in the field of Solar Voltaic Energy, involved in sinking boreholes for some communities in Eastern Nigeria, currently director of Adex Ventures, O”-Bay Community Trust and a convinced environmental justice campaigner.

Chioma ObianyoChioma Obianyo studied Accountancy in Yaba College of Technology in Lagos State Nigeria between 2001 and 2007. she has an OND and HND in Accountancy. During her studies she worked with in firm of Uzodinma Nwangwu & Co (Chartered Accountants) in 2003 as an Accounts/ Audit Assistant and later in 2004 she interned with Deloitte as an Audit Assistant in 2004. She also worked briefly in 2007 with J. K. Sunmola & Co (Chartered Accountants) as an Audit Assistant. She is currently working as an Accounts Administrator for O"-Bay Community Trust and Finance Officer for Adex Ventures.
